Investment Rates

Currently offering telehealth and in-person therapy.

Our sessions will be between 45 and 55 minutes. I offer free 15 consultation to see if we both feel this is a good fit for us to work together. It may take 1-3 sessions to continue to explore and make the decision. If we decide it is not I am glad to offer suggestions and referrals.

Current Fees

My fee $175 for first (intake) session and following sessions are $150. I do have limited spaces for those who may need sliding scale.

I currently accept the following insurance:

• UnitedHealthCare UHC

• United Behavioral Health

• Anthem

• BlueCross BlueShield

• Blue Cross

• Harvard Pilgrim

• Optum

• I will provide superbill for individuals to submit to their own insurance for possible reimbursement
